As President and co-founder of Creative Resource Personnel, Inc., she has successfully built and scaled operations while developing high-performing teams and fostering long-term client partnerships throughout the Chicago area and beyond.
In 2022, Cindy founded Casa Care, inspired by her deep passion for helping others and her belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. She created the company to provide personalized in-home care that not only supports clients’ physical needs but also honors their independence, enriches their quality of life, and offers peace of mind to their families.
