Casa Care is insured and bonded as required by Illinois State Law. We are directly hiring and providing our Care Providers to our clients, so we must carry liability insurance for all employees. All staff at Casa Care undergo fingerprint-based criminal background checks and are up to date with the required hours for IDPH mandatory training to provide the best care possible for our clients.
Home Healthcare requires medical professionals to provide home health care services to individuals who have medical needs. They assist with wound care, give and change out IVs, administer and change medications and help seniors with therapeutic exercises that improve their overall condition. Medicare and other major insurance providers usually fully cover Home Healthcare. Home Care is designed to keep an individual safe and comfortable within their own home. It is ideal for an individual who needs help getting in and out of bed, needs gentle reminders to take their medicine, requires assistance bathing and wants companionship throughout the day. This service is usually paid for with personal income or savings.

Our care providers do have experience with both Dementia and Alzheimer’s. The key to our screening for a care provider is making sure they are knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly patient! We offer training for these diseases -with our HCP training we require all of our care providers to complete every year.
